These are the terms and conditions on plezuro.se: 

1. BUY
When we have received your order we will send you an acknowledgment via e-mail with information about your order. In cases when the client is under 18 years of age an approval must be acquired from parents before the purchase is carried out. All picture information will be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce exact appearance and characteristic. VAT is included in all prices, but cost of transport is added according to the post offices price list

2. DELIVERY
Orders received before 12-am on Monday to Thursday will be treated the same day, for delivery within maximum 5 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be treated following Monday. Products are delivered by Posten (Swedish mail-company).

In cases when the customer consider the deliverance taking too long and no longer wants the product, it is the customers responsibility to cancel the delivery in accordance to Plezuro’s purchase conditions. Cancellation after the order had been sent is not possible. Cancellation of custom-made orders is not possible. Cancellation is not valid until Plezuro confirms it by e-mail or fax.

If a product gets damaged in the transport, either the damage is visible or not, it must be reported immediately to the transporter (usually Posten +4620-340 340) and nevertheless within maximum 7 days.

3. EXPORT
You can buy Plezuro´s products from all over the world. The VAT will be excluded in the price when the buyer is from a country outside EU. Sales outside EU following cargo prices are charged (Postens prices): 207 SEK for parcels with a weight up to 1kg and thereafter 57 SEK extra per kilo.

4. EU
When the buyer is from another EU-country Swedish VAT will be included as usual. If you have a VAT-number, please send us an e-mail for more information. Sales within EU following cargo prices are charged (Postens prices): 170 SEK + VAT for parcels with a weight up to 1kg and thereafter 20 SEK extra per kilo.

5. PAYMENTS 
5.1 CARD PAYMENT VIA INTERNET
We use CertiTrade’s paying systems (www.certitrade.net), which makes it possible to pay with Visa, MasterCard and Diners. At sale with account-/credit card the conditions begins to be valid when the card transaction has been approved. No additional charge is paid for card payment. 

5.2 BANK WIRE
You can also choose to pay by bank wire. We accept several currencies to be sent by bank wire. When we register your payment we send you the order. If we havn’t register your payment within 5 days we will cancel the order.

6. REGRET RIGHTS
Private customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days according to the law of distance agreement. The right to regret a purchase is only possible when the product and its standard pack are returned in the same condition as at delivery. The product must not been used. If you want to return a product, please fill in the form you got with your delivery and send the products back to us. The return cargo is paid by the customer.

Special made and ordered products are not possible to return or change. If a product gets damaged in the transport you have to contact Plezuro (info@plezuro.se) within 5 days for information about compensation.

7. COMPLAINT
We recommend the customer to control the products at delivery, to find out if the order is correct and without damage. If you want to complaint on a product, please contact Plezuro on phone +468344200 or by e-mail info@plezuro.se and declare the order-id and the cause of the complaint.

Handle defect products carefully when returning them to Plezuro. It’s very important that a returned product doesn’t get damaged. If the damage is Plezuros fault you will get the full amount inclusive freight cost back.

8. FORCE MAJEUR
Occurrences like war, nature catastrophes, decisions from government and other comparable causes outside Plezuro´s control, which couldn’t be foreseen, will assign to force majeure. Which means Plezuro will not be responsible from commitment to fulfil orders.

9. OTHER
These purchase conditions are applicable when Swedish and other applicable law do not prescribe conditions which are in conflict with these. For private customers the Swedish Consumer law and the law of Distance agreement is valid and also a protection for Plezuro. For more information visit The Swedish Consumer Agency at www.kov.se.
